Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers in securing financing options for vehicle purchases.

  • Present and sell additional product offerings (e.g., warranties, service contracts, protection packages) to enhance the customer's vehicle ownership experience.

  • Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain required certifications and stay current with all industry standards and regulatory changes.

  • Accurately structure and desk deals, submit to appropriate lenders, make sound credit decisions, and effectively close transactions.

  • Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal laws and dealership policies.

  • Prepare and review all paperwork and contracts for accuracy, completeness, and legal compliance.

  • Conduct post-sale audits of team deals to identify areas for improvement and ensure quality control.

  • Ensure the timely and accurate funding of all contracts to maintain cash flow and dealership performance.
 

Qualifications:

  • Eagerness to Learn and Improve
  • CDK and RouteOne experience a plus.

  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of dealership finance and insurance (F&I) procedures and best practices.

  • Deal Structuring Skills

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of title laws, registration processes, and related regulatory requirements.

  • Professionalism: Maintains a polished and professional personal appearance in line with dealership standards.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex financial information clearly and persuasively.

  • Negotiation and Presentation Expertise: Skilled in closing deals and presenting finance and insurance products effectively to customers.

  • Licensing: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Physical: Must be able to lift 10lbs unassisted. Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time. Maybe exposed to various weather conditions for short time periods.
