We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the dealership’s buildings, grounds, and equipment are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role plays a vital part in keeping our facilities running smoothly and creating a welcoming environment for our customers and staff.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on dealership buildings and property
- Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, restrooms, waiting rooms, and exterior grounds
- Perform light carpentry and painting work
- Inspect and maintain lighting, doors, windows, and general facility safety
- Assist with seasonal duties (e.g., pressure washing, debris removal, etc.)
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests or emergency repairs
- Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- Work with vendors and contractors when necessary
- Previous maintenance or facility management experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks regularly
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
